Machinery safety

The area related to machinery safety is governed by the criteria defined by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, which establishes requirements regarding machinery safety, manufacture, marketing and commissioning.

For machinery manufactured before the implementation of the Machinery Directive and therefore devoid of CE marking, the relative legislation requires that working equipment complies with the minimum safety requirements set out by Annex V of Italian Legislative Decree 81/ 08.
