Regulatory updates

Regulatory updating is a cross-sector element towards our goal to serve as a partner to our clients. 

Through our dedicated team, we aim to be the most rapid and precise observers of the shifting regulatory landscape for the markets in which we operate, following the evolution of decree laws, regulations, directives, rules and methods, in order to serve as a guide.

Three aspects are assessed in order to monitor, manage and interpret this flow:

• Technical aspects (what the new regulations or modifications dictate, and what the new obligations and restrictions are).
• Method monitoring (bi-monthly monitoring of regulations for analysis methods and method validity).
• Legal aspects (entry into force, related modifications, sentences).
